SQF Code – Edition 7 Published

The SQF Code, Edition 7 has been published and is now available on the SQF
website.

Desk audits to be conducted on or before June 30, 2012 will follow the
current code (not edition 7) and the facility audit must be done before July
31st.

Desk audits after July 1, will follow Edition 7.  Facility audits started on
or before June 30, 2012 will be conducted based on the current code (not
edition 7)

and those on or after July 1st will follow Edition 7. Our food safety team
has attended the 8-hour update session regarding the new code.
